Sprig + Fern Brightwater Tavern

The tavern has quickly become a key part of the Brightwater community. It hosts a weekly quiz night to raise money for sports clubs, local initiatives, and charities—and has raised over $170,000 for the community. Our menu offers a unique dining experience, including a stone grill and a handful of customer favourites (ask about our famous chicken and sour cream pizza). You can also order fish and chips from next door and dine in while enjoying one of the 18 beers and ciders on tap. From the living room-like entrance with a wood fire and armchairs to the lively space down the back with a dart board or the covered outdoor area perfect for a beer in the afternoon sun, there’s a space to make your own at Sprig + Fern Brightwater.
