Throughout June, Nelson's talented makers, artists, and craftspeople open their studio doors for a month packed with practical workshops. Each session is led by experienced creators who are keen to share their skills and help you bring something to life.
Most workshops are designed as stand alone sessions, so in just a few hours you can go from raw materials to a finished piece you can take home with pride.
You might shape a ceramic mug, craft a leather pouch, carve a wooden spoon, design a zine, or form a silver ring. However you choose to dive in, the experience is about reconnecting with creativity, learning something new, and meeting people who love making just as much as you do.
