Where is Walmer apartment?
Walmer apartment is the top storey of a colonial villa opposite the Nelson Harbour entrance. It overlooks the garden and has great views of the harbour, Tasman Bay and the mountains.

What’s it like?
The apartment is self-contained, sunny and spacious. It has comfortable furnishings and lots of books. There is always something to watch happening in the harbour.

What does it include?
Accommodating only one couple it includes one bedroom, a sunroom, living room and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. There is a TV/ DVD player as well as art works and piles of magazines. There is an internal staircase in the house, but a private external stairway is for your use. Breakfast provisions are provided in your kitchen.

What else is there?
There is off street parking and free wi-fi. There are also 2 Labrador dogs downstairs in the house.

Is there anywhere near to eat?
Along the waterfront, a 5 minute walk away, there are a number of restaurants and cafes and in the opposite direction a 10 minute walk takes you to Tahunanui and its beach. Nelson city centre is a 5 minute drive away.
