Thank you for your interest in our Time to Realign retreat, we would so love it if you were inspired to co-create this with us!

This retreat is best suited to people who are practitioners in the spheres of health, wellbeing and the creative arts. As a group of like-minded individuals, we will nurture and nourish each other with sessions or workshops that we feel inspired to offer (or if you don't feel to offer in this way, there is the option of giving extra support in the kitchen). Together, we will share knowledge and create spaces designed to realign the individual through a focus on self-reflection, mindfulness, physical well-being, emotional balance, spiritual connection and relationships.

The retreat is set in the blissful, rural location that is the Wangapeka Study and Retreat Centre, just out of Wakefield (Nelson). Participants will have their own rooms and will enjoy fresh, nutritious food prepared for us on site. The retreat cost is $396.00 per person (we have kept the price 'at-cost' seeing as we will all be co-creating this event).

We have 15 places available in total (this includes our cook and our two organisers- Lisa Allan and Munirah Burra). One of our organisers will have their newborn with them and a support person to help out.
