Come and listen to our local expert on marine mammals, Mike Ogle from DOC talk about his blue whale and dolphin surveys around Farewell Spit and beyond.

As a member of DOC’s Marine Species Team, Mike assists in field studies on marine mammals. He also provides support to DOC staff responding to marine mammal issues and gathers data on whale sightings and strandings.
